The evaporator workers by way of insides scratching and remains unmoved while the knives scratch ice inside wall,
the supply of refrigerant keeps constant and unleaked for improved stability of operation.
This machine is made of low temperature quality alloy with reasonable piping design for efficient heating transfer,
which can not only improve effectiveness of cold-produce and decrease the running cost,
but also can reduce the space requirement and weight and so the disposable investment.
The ice knife works by way of spiral and rolling. Compared with fixed ice knife,
it has advantages of smaller resistance, lower power consumption, no noise emission and powerless ice.

3. Machine come into use, customer only need prepare power for the machine.
4. All required components for installing the machine will be provided.
5. Our factory also can produce cold room for store ice.
1. The payment can be T/T,L/C,Western Union, Money Gram and in Cash.
2. The deposit is 30%, after we receive your deposit, we will start to produce the machine for you. The balance 70% should be paid before shipping.
3. The delivery time normally is 30 days after receive the deposit.

1. Q: are you add refrigerant in the ice machine?
A: yes, the machine is full of refrigerant, once with water and electric it can work. yes, ice machine leaves factory with carefully examination after it was produced for 3 to 5 days. And when we install them at customer’s factory, we retest the ice machines.
2. Q: can you load ice machine into container?
A: we have containerized ice block machine. Our export ice machine is designed based on the standard of container, it is easily to load. The 25kg ice of 10tons can load in container of 40 feet. for domestic ice machine of over 12 tons per day, we design based on the standard of truck, which can easily drive into your factory.
