1. Q: Will you add refrigerant in the ice machine?
A: yes, we will fiil the machine with refrigerant, once with water and electric it can work.
2. Q: do you test the ice machine in your factory before delivery?
A: yes, ice machine is carefully tested for 3 to 5 days after it was produced. And when we install them at customer’s factory, we retest the ice machines.
3. Q: can you load ice machine into container?
A: we have containerized ice block machine. We can design the machine in the container like 20 feet and 40 feet containers.
4. Q: Your standard power supply is 380v 50hz 3p, can you design it as other power supply like 440v, 415v,etc.?
A: Our standard power supply is 380v 50hz 3p, but if your local power supply is not this, we can customize for you to make the power supply meet your need.
