Ice brick machine is one of the ice making machines, which can be divided into direct cooling ice brick machine and salt water ice brick machine. 4. The ice is clean and sanitary. The direct cooling ice brick machine makes ice directly without contact with salt water. Therefore, compared with the salt water pool ice brick machine, the direct cooling ice brick machine produces ice cubes that meet the food standard, and the ice cubes have a wider application range, which can bring a wider market to the ice factory.
5. Power saving. The principle of the direct cooling ice machine is that the refrigerant directly exchanges heat with the water in the mold to directly absorb the heat of the water in the mold. Compared with traditional salt water ice machine, salt water is not needed! Therefore, the direct cooling ice maker saves more power than the salt water tank ice maker.
6. The installation and transportation are more convenient. The direct cooling bar ice machine does not need to build a salt pond and install auxiliary equipment such as aerial cranes. The installation cycle is short and the construction is simple.
